Video Conference Room Rental Charges – (free Incoming call on ISDN)
- Week days - Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm Rs. 1,500/- per hr.
- Week days - Monday to Friday – 6 pm to 9 am Rs. 2,000/- per hr.
- Week end and on Holidays – 9 am to 6 pm Rs. 2,000/- per hr.
- Week end and on Holidays – 6 pm to 9 am Rs. 2,500/- per hr.
Outgoing Call Charges for Video Conference – in addition to above Room Rental
a. ISDN Local & National Calls Rs. 1000/- per hr./ISDN line (128 kbps)
b. ISDN International Calls Rs. 3,000/- per hr./ISDN line (128kbps)
(Rs. 10,000/- for 3 ISDN Lines/hr.)
Test Call Charges for Video Conference –
Test call for Incoming on ISDN Rs. 500/- per 5 to 10 min.
Test call for outgoing on ISDN Rs. 1000/- per 5 to 10 min.
Service Tax 10.3% will be charged extra on all above rates.
Cancellation Charges –
- 25% deduction if cancelled more 24 hr in advance from the date of event.
- Nil refund if cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance before date of event.
(No Refund of Service Tax charged.)
Booking – on first come first - minimum one 72 hrs in advance.
